Our Rubber products are manufactured by Injection Moulding, Compression and Transfer technologies at temperatures ranging from -15 to 70 degrees Celsius using the top grade Polymers.

PREMIUM ELASTOMERIC PADS
The Premium Elastomeric Pads are manufactured from alternating layers of Neoprene or Natural Rubber and Steel sheets moulded by vulcanization process forming into a unit.
SILENT BLOCKS FOR ANCHOR LINK OF BG COACHES
The Silent Blocks are manufactured from Neoprene or Natural Rubber and are covered by Seamless Steel Tubes. The inner metal part and metal Washers are chemically bonded by Rubber and the outer cover is fitted with compression.
GROOVED RUBBER SOLE PLATES
The Grooved Rubber Sole Plates are manufactured using natural Rubber and RSS (Ribbed Smoked Sheet) or blended with SBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber) or PBR (Poly Butadiene Rubber) suitably compounded and vulcanized. The Pad consists of two layers and
RUBBER SPRINGS
The Rubber Springs are manufactured using natural Rubber or Elastomers suitably compounded and bonded with metal plates.
ANTI-VIBRATION BEARING PADS
The Bearing Pads are manufactured by using high grade Neoprene or a Rubber isolation medium. These Pads can efficiently and economically control structure-borne noise and resonant vibration.
